Enhanced Package – 4%

All standard package features plus:

• Virtual Picture Tour or Interactive Floor Plan
• Color Flyers Inside Home
• Interior Staging Consultation and Coordination

• Curb Appeal Consultation and Coordination
  (professional services will incur additional fees)
• Monthly Open House

Premium Package – 5%

All Enhanced package features plus:

• Video Open House on Realtor.com & TishAtlanta.com.
• Giveaway Incentive with signage and online promotion*
• Podcast on TishAtlanta.com
• Media Text Messaging Service with signage and online promotion
• Home Warranty (Seller & Buyer coverage from Old Republic)

*Giveaway promotion values will vary. Homes under $350,000 - $500 value; $350,000 - $450,000 - $700 value; $450,000 - $600,000 - $1000 value; above $600,000 – TBD.
Above quoted commissions do not include a commission to the buyer's broker. It is suggested that you offer at least 3% to the buyer's broker.
